When we have a condition, an illness or disease diagnosis, it can often bring us to a stop. We get to feel all our past choices. At this point it is not about trying to fix or stop the body with what it is doing, but rather, this moment offers us an opportunity to re-visit our choices and ways of living. This stop moment is a blessing on offer, because the different choices and hence changes that we can make in a true sense are the medicine that will support us to heal, and this is when supplements and other tools can be used to assist the process, but can never do it for you.
