Fatigue and exhaustion are in epidemic proportions in our society. People show up exhausted to work and school, and everyday life can become a struggle to keep up with. This has a flow-on effect on work productivity, quality of relationships and quality of life.
Henrietta and Kate presented that whilst most people at best have coping mechanisms in place to try to recharge themselves, as a society we seem to have missed the whole picture when it comes to consistently and thoroughly replenishing our energy levels and keeping them at our natural maximum. Kate and Henrietta discussed what actually feeds our battery pack and explored that there could be a way to move, eat and live that returns us to our natural innate vitality.
This presentation shared lived experiences, wisdom and understandings of how to return to your own natural energy and vitality.
