This presentation was part of a series of three presentations with the dynamic duo of Henrietta Chang (Naturopath) and Kate Greenaway (Physiotherapist), with the previous presentations on:
– How to live to bring back your natural vitality.
– How to live eat and move to de-stress.
How to live with chronic pain was a pertinent topic to present on, especially with the understanding that conditions of chronic pain and inflammation are very common in our society with numerous people being affected in their day to day living.
Sometimes this situation of living with chronic pain results in people being unable to perform simple tasks (such as driving, showering or going to the toilet) and can lead to feeling debilitated by the experience.
Henrietta and Kate presented with much understanding and a fresh approach that there is a way to live, eat and move to support ourselves with chronic pain. This presentation shared lived experiences, wisdom and understandings of how living well with chronic pain is indeed possible.
